إتهم المجلس الأعلى لنظارات البجا والعموديات المستقلة، جهات خارجية وأخرى نافذة في الدولة (لم يذكرها) بالسعي لتفتيت وضرب وحدة وتماسك شعب شرق السودان قضاياهم المصيرية، وذلك باستغلال أشخاص لإحداث إختراق داخله.
وقال المجلس إنه ظل في اجتماعات متواصلة منذ 21 يونيو رفضًا لما وصفها بالإملاءات والتوجيهات الخارجية.. وتابع ”نحن إذ نؤكد كامل الإحترام والتقدير لكل الشخصيات والصفات القيادية من نظار وعمد ومشايخ وقبائلهم ومجتمعاتهم فإننا نعلم جيدًا من يقفون خلف تلك المؤامرة من الجهات التي ضاقت وأُرهقت بنضال وتضحيات جماهير شعبنا تعطيلا لدوره..“
وأشار في بيان ”السبت“ له طالعته (صوت الهامش) إلى أن تلك الجهات تسعى لتمرير مسار شرق السودان في إتفاقية جوبا.
موضحاً إنه شكل هئية قيادية عليا فيه، لقيادته في هذه المرحلة وبالتصدي (للتحديات ومواصلة النضال الثوري حتى تحقيق أهداف مؤتمر سنكات.)
فضلاً عن التأمين على المبادرة الأهلية للجلوس مع كافة القيادات، وتوجية تجمع شباب المجلس والأمانة الاعلامية والثوار وشباب التروس لتنوير القواعد الجماهيرية بمجريات الأحداث والاستعداد الكامل للتصعيد الشامل.
